  • Regular Fire and Emergency Response Planning and Training
  • Staff are equipped with Whistles, Walkie-Talkies and minor incident packs
  • All staff must pass and maintain a clear criminal record
  • All staff must maintain a minimum requirement of Emergency First Aid Training and WHMIS Training
  • All food-handling staff must maintain a minimum requirement of the Food Safety Course
  • Attractions staff must be 18 years old or older and must be trained prior to operating any attractions

  • A Liability Waiver MUST be Completed Annually
  • Adult Supervision is Required at all times
  • Frog Socks must be worn by participants at all times
  • No Shoes Beyond the Entrance Gate
  • Lockers must be used to maintain entrance safety, personal item security and facility cleanliness
  • No Outside Food or Beverages, Except for Reusable Water Bottles and Baby Bottles
  • No Food or Beverages in the Attractions Areas
  • No Re-Entry
  • No Climbing on the Outside of Attractions
  • No Strollers
  • No Latex Balloons
  • No Bullying or Inappropriate Behaviour
  • No Chewing Gum
  • No Abusive or Aggressive Behaviour
  • Posted Rules on Each Attraction must be Complied with
  • Management Reserves the Right to Refuse Service, Refuse Admission
    and/or Eject Participants for Failing to Comply with Facility Safety Regulations
