Just choose the age category (Toddler, Kid or Teen) based on the birthday child’s age, then click the package (Big Fun, Super Fun or Ultimate Fun) to review the included details. Next, click the “book now” and you will be re-directed to the colour of room options (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue or Purple) and then the time options calendar will come up.

Simply choose the option that best suits your needs and follow the prompts to complete the booking. In order to maintain the best possible experience for ALL our party guests throughout the day, we only allow certain times to be scheduled for party start times. All of our parties or room rentals are 90 minutes long and start at 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm and 7pm. We recommend that everyone come to their birthday party, no earlier than 1 hour prior to the party room rental start time. Remember, that there is unlimited play during and after the room rental.

Also, ALL our standard party packages are private room rentals and Include Everything for 11 kids and up to 10 adults… everyone gets admission, socks, lockers, unlimited pop (during the room rental time), party place settings AND MORE. Additional kids or adults to a maximum of 31 combined total guests can occupy a room and an additional room will be required for more than 31 guests. Other than a birthday cake or birthday cupcakes, Outside Food & Drinks are Not Permitted, and the cake and/or cupcakes must be served and consumed Only in the party rooms.

ROOM RENTAL
  • Private room rental for 90 minutes (does not include admission costs or frog socks)
  • Great alternative for smaller parties or larger groups
  • Big Fun can set up the room with 1, 2 or 3 picnic tables (maximum capacity up to 31 people)
  • Parties with more than 31 people may be required to rent additional room(s) 
  • Room rentals can be used for your group to guarantee admission for up to 31 people per room
  • Room rentals are required if you are planning on bringing in gifts/cakes for the event
  • Party place settings (plates, napkins, cups, utensils) are available for an additional cost if needed
  • Jugs of unlimited pop are available for $12 during your room rental. Each jug is provided with 4 cups for 4 guests in the room and those cups can be used after the room rental ends. The number of jugs will being charged based on the total amount of guests in the room rental group, divided by 4. For example, if 24 guests are part of the party, you will be charged for 6 jugs
  • Guests are welcome to bring their own cutlery, plates, napkins and other party decorations EXCEPT FOR CUPS. 4, 20oz cups are included with each of the unlimited jugs of pop or with each jug of juice.
  • Party decorations are permitted as long they do not cause a safety hazard or cause damage to a room.
  • Discount group rate (20%) applies with 20+ paid admissions. Discount applies to admissions, socks and room rentals only

Want to give Big Fun a heads up that your group is coming and do not require a room? They can get your wristbands printed before you come making your check in process that much easier.

Just select the time your group is planning to come and provide some information on the amount of people attending, it’s that easy.

Use this booking option if you have 10 of more guest planning on coming to Big Fun.

If you group has 20 or more PAID admissions you will receive 20% off the regular price of admissions, socks, lockers and if applicable; the room rental.

You should use this booking option if you are bringing a large group and do not require a room rental.
If you have already book a room you are not required to complete this advance notification booking.

Room rentals are required if you are planning on bringing gifts/celebration items and/or cakes into the facility.

*No outside food or drinks are allowed at Big Fun. The only exception to this is if you have rented a room and are bringing a cake for the event.
